Pain Management!

It is been widely accepted that yoga have the capability to manage pain. In other words, practicing yoga secretes natural pain killers by regulating the flow of blood to the spinal cord. In brain we have certain centers for every sense that we feel, hear and see. Through proper practice of correct postures through yogic practices, we can improve the oxygen content in our blood which in turn would improve the capability of the brain sense centers. I got these information from a mediation seminar that I attended in recent time. I get to know that enlightened beings have complete control over their senses. Enlightened beings have the capability to experience both the extremes of good and bad (as what we perceive!) through meditation and other powerful yogic practices.

  1. It's common to be reluctant if activity is painful and you're agonized over accomplishing more harm. Anyhow on the off chance that you get to be more dynamic continuously, its impossible you will result in any harm or damage. The pain you feel when you begin delicate activity is on the grounds that the muscles and joints are getting fitter. Thanks!
