Meditation to experience new dimension of life!

This is absolutely non-religious!
Meditation – I don’t think I need to give much explanations on this word as many of us would had come across this word at some point or other in our life. Meditative state is the natural outcome of yoga and the spiritual benefit of meditation is supreme bliss or enlightenment that would entitle to feel the ultimate supremacy. Practicing meditation doesn’t have any specific age limit. All that is needed is a peaceful mindset to accept what so ever(With good consciousness) being thought whole heartedly. Though meditation is usually recognized as a largely spiritual practice, it also has many health benefits. The yoga and meditation techniques are being implemented in management of life threatening diseases. It lowers oxygen consumption by reducing the number of respiratory cycles. The body will get energized to carry out its functionalities with less respiratory cycles which will in turn increases the capability of the lungs. This also have a direct impact on pulse rate of our body. The pulse rate will get into normal and you will be even more capable enough to handle stress in a placid (cool) manner! Decreases muscle tension (any pain due to tension) and headaches. It helps in post-operative healing as well.
